This is a fantastic layout, and I really love the aesthetics of this course. We're going to be doing mostly some shaping of greens and fairways, while expanding on a few things around the course as well. Here are some beginning comparison pics - Hole 1 (Original and remodel)

There are remodels and then there are Dario remodels. Your ability with sculpting is just ludicrously good.

I like your formula, your designs have been a sort of trademark since TGC 1. 👍

Hole 11
Exact same green, just shaped a little bit, making the tiers a bit more dramatic. We also contoured some of the surrounding green areas and planted some more green grass down to the creek edge.

One more quickly for today - the 11th fairway. This kind of shows the general theme for this remodel - creating some wider hole boundaries using contouring and green grass to contrast against the out-of-play areas, and using the water hazards a bit closer to the playable areas as a primary feature.

Decided to do a bit more today. This is the reworked tee shot on hole 13, which is a monster 650-yard par 5. It's fit between a creek and a farm, so we're going to create a new entry road that borders the right side of the hole all the way down. We've also opened up the hole a bit to get some more sun on it.
The last fairway bunker is gone to give players a chance to grip and rip, but there is a new fairway bunker at the end of the second fairway that will make players think a bit more about their layup.

Hole 18 green - just continuing the common theme of extending the water to be a bit more of a cross-hazard, especially on these great par 5's. They will often force a player to lay up to a further yardage or press their aggressive shot into the neck of the fairway. We also opened up a bit of space to show off some of the farmhouses that are integral to the course.

One more for today - 18th tee box.
This par 5 might be barely reachable with the right wind conditions, but we brought the creek in a bit toward the tee, and opened up the fairway to highlight the landing zone with a bit more sunlight.

The new #10 tee - probably the hardest hole to remodel on the course, due to being straight away from the sun, and also the routing being fit in a narrow corridor between holes 11 and 18 - but we cut out the lake on the right to become more of a bordering creek, allowing for a more natural boundary between the holes.

The new 10th green - the hole has been shortened slightly, so an aggressive drive will only leave about 220 yards into this green, but it's now a full on peninsula green. We've contoured the fairway a bit more, so even the layup needs to be judged correctly.

#2 is a great setting for the tee shot. Since the front of the fairway isn't really used (because you can't reach around the corner), we just shaved that part off, and extended the creek all the way to the front edge. So the tee shot is more about taking on as much of the corner as you want to take on, with about a 230 carry to the fairway now.
