Played early this weekend, have plans for Memorial Day, and then embarking on an 8th grade trip for the rest of the week, oh boy.😄
Played solid throughout, and very well in the 3rd round. Should make the cut with ease, and could contend for a win. Feel like there's some room for someone to get past me, but we'll see.
Good luck this week 😎

I've made 1 of 4 cuts so far, missing a second by 1 shot. Felt like I played well enough to make the cut this week, shooting 66 in each round for -12. Since there are no scores posted yet, this is just obviously just a gut feeling. Definitely played better than in my three missed cuts, so hopefully a top 100 at least. Next step is to eliminate the 4 bogies and turn that -12 into a -16.

Couldn't get nowhere on Sunday. Everything was just short or long with missed putts everywhere. Bad or rash judgement. Actually enjoyed playing the course & didn't frustrate me though not going my way. -6 -4 Won't make the cut, but lose a promotion mark & put me further away from the PGA. So bittersweet...happy to see the season out here. A week off from competing or looking at scoreboards...

4 weeks in ive finished outside the top 120 twice, but also made the cut twice. This week will certainly be a third that I’ve finished outside the top 120. I played the first round to -3, lipped out so many that my blood was boiling. A wise man would have stepped away, but that I am not. I rage-played through my 2nd round to a +2.....-1 for the first two rounds, yikes. Now I’m just hoping less than 140 people play so I only get one demo mark instead of two.
You know things are bad when you’re tracking players in the field and not the actual scores....

Then missed the cut twice in a row; managed to scrape my way to only getting one demo tho, and last week finished 17th! Keep going mate, two cuts made in first 4 weeks is good! Concentrate on clearing those marks! Solid play, don't push too hard, wait till a day when your putter is warm/hot.

It was fun the last couple weeks getting rid of the demo marks I immediately accrued....I’ll have fun trying to get rid of the one or two this week. I don’t care if I’m a ‘fighting for the cut’ level player....I find it more fun than when I was fighting for top 20s in the cc-pro leagues...the consistency of everyone using masters and the difficulty of the courses makes it a lot more enjoyable in my opinion. I was so promotion-driven when I was in the CC circuit that I enjoy just taking it week to week and focusing on keeping myself around.

Played three rounds so far. Horrible first round of -4. Second round was a bit harder and I played average -6. Don't think it will be enough for the cut, but who knows. The first scores posted are not that low. Played better in the third round, -10, but have to wait to see if it counts.

I was so promotion-driven when I was in the CC circuit that I enjoy just taking it week to week and focusing on keeping myself around. Completely agree. I had waited for the previous promo event ever since my first week on tour. Then had a bad first round and was pretty glum. But then had two of my best rounds ever to fly up very high on the leaderboard and started realising I might end up in euro! I wanted web and was worried euro would be a step too far for me. But since my debut I've started feeling like making cuts on euro is both possible and something to feel really good about. I'd love to stay on zero demo marks and then try and crack a top 10, but I'm happy battling away in euro, like you said on tough courses, and feeling good about finishing as high as possible.

Played my last two rounds. Some of the best ball striking I've had in this game. Thought I had bought a PS4 for a minute there. Hit 89% of greens in R3 and had my best proximity to hole average, yet shot a stinking -4. I need two hands to count how many 9 footers I missed. Admittedly they had a lot of break, but I really should be draining at least half of those. Round 4 the good ball striking continued. Only difference is I drained the putts I should have and shot -10.
Final score = -26 (-6, -6, -4, -10)
Really should have capitalized in that third round to get to -30 or so. Still wouldn't be enough for a top 10, but maybe a top 25 or so? As is, will take making the cut and getting my highest finish in Euro so far.
Good luck to everyone with rounds still to play!

Managed to miss a 7 foot birdie on 5 then made a pretty crazy eagle on 6. Missed a couple more putts that I should have made although my putting was pretty good overall, missed more fairways than usual, was -8 through 17 then I bogeyed 18 when I missed the fairway right with a slow downswing, put my second shot in the front bunker, then left my bunker shot short of the green. Was actually -6 through 9, the back is a lot tougher.
Second round, birdied 1, parred 2 after hitting the fairway bunker, then made really tough birdie putts on 3 and 4. Hit a perfect first and second shot on 6, then had a terrible chip and missed the 12 foot birdie. Ended up parring 5 through 9 to stay at -3 at the turn. Another missed fairway and slow downswing on my approach on 10, then I hit a perfect tee shot on 11 and tapped in for birdie, before missing another 7 foot birdie on 12. Missed a long eagle putt from the fringe on 13 by 10 inches. Birdied 3 of the last 5 holes to get to -8 for the round, -15 through 2 rounds overall, which looks like a decent enough score based on the current leaderboard.

-10 safe / -9 out. Course playing tough for such numbers to happen with medium winds.
I went -5 / -8 for -13. Haven't played 3/4. Just off vacation last week, and quite frankly I skipped a few events recently, so I'm pretty happy with it. I feel like it's been a good break I don't feel too rusty, more like I've managed to forget a few demons and playing fresh. I was getting pretty frustrated especially on the greens for a while there. Expectations were very low as well, totally happy with anything that makes the cut, so we'll see how it goes going forward when I get a little more greedy.

-4, -7, -9, -11 for a -31 finish... thought I had a chance to sneak into the top 10 with the last round.. but slowed down on the tough last few holes.
Not my favorite course in the world, but learned how to play it as the four rounds went on.
Looks like ya'll are stuck with me for at least another week!

Third round started off OK with a birdie, but I put my second shot way over the green on 2 and barely made par, put my drive way over the green on 3 and bogeyed, then lipped out a 14 foot birdie putt on 4.
Birdied 3 in a row after that then my finger slipped and I left a 2 foot par putt short on 8. Then missed an easy 11 footer on 12. 3-putted for bogey from 9 feet on 15. Missed a 14 foot birdie on 16. Missed a 10 foot birdie on 18. Ended up shooting -6 for the third round when I really needed like -9, and could have easily hit and exceeded that number if not for my putting.
4th round started much better, -6 through 8, but then I went par, par, birdie, bogey, lipping out a 10 or so foot par putt on 12. Then missed a 10 foot birdie on 13. Missed an 8 foot eagle on 16. Missed a 12 foot birdie on 17. Ended up shooting -8, to finish at -29 for the tournament. Really no excuse for not getting top 10 this time, putting in the last 2 rounds was horrendous.

After picking up my first euro win last week, this week couldn’t have gone any different. Struggled from start to finish, made the cut right on the -10 number, played a little better on the weekend to get to -26 but never got it going. It was a fun track but for whatever reason, I struggled. On to next week. Well played by those at the top.
