Have at it guys - Just know that I'm probably going to win this one. Ok, probably not after looking at the R1 scores!

God awful 1rd. Put myself constantly in bad places, trying to recover from knarly rough. Was topped by hitting a fast directly to the water on 16th. Double B. Had to tee again, game needs drop zones. You can't win it on the 1st day, but certainly can lose it. -5 Straight into rd2 to get it over, played a steady -11. -16 at the cut & out... Blah...

Played like Brooks Koepka last week, tore it up in rounds 1 and 2, folded like a cheap lawn chair on the weekend. 😂
Fortunately for him he was able to hold on, I won't be so lucky.

-18 at the cut - what should be enough.
- 38 at the end.
Another finish around 30th place i would guess. I just cannot find the stroke per round on average to challenge the Top 10.

Ok after 4 consecutive missed cuts and finishing in the 80-90 range I decided to give this one more go with a little more focus.
First round was going well, I just couldn't get any putts to drop! I must have left 4-5 sitting inside 6 inches just taunting me. I battled through and put up a -7 but felt very disappointed in what could have been a really good round.
Came back in round 2 and the putts started dropping. Only left 1-2 shots out there I felt like as I posted a -11.
Sitting at -18 and hoping that is enough to get to play on the weekend for a change!
Tired of finishing in that no-man's land of 80-90 where I'm just filling a name on the scoreboard.

I was only 1 back of his ghost after 2 rounds. I even beat his F9 by a shot...but holy hell in a hand-basket, there was no chance I was keeping pace on his B9. He had a few lucky shots that I was just shaking my head at - his last shot of the tournament was just brutal luck. All said, I had a 2 shot lead going into R4 and was looking good for a promo mark but I slipped a bit and didn't quite put up the number I needed. Will likely drop to 15-20 when it's all said and done. Always fun playing rounds for real - going to be away next week so no qualifying or tourney for me. I'll have to just take the money I get and run.

After accruing 2 demo marks in my first two weeks after the promo event, I made the cut and got rid of one last week. Went -8, -9 in the first two rounds this week, hoping -17 gets me above the cut. I went ahead and played the next two rounds. Fell apart in round 3 for a -3. Recovered slightly in the last round with a -7.
All I really care about this week is making the cut and getting back to even, but I’d still have liked to have had a better weekend.
My problem has always been that it seems I can manage 3 out of 4 decent rounds but always end up with one sh%$ round....hopefully I can tighten things up.
The good news for me is that I thought I was on the fast track down to web.com and while it still seems that I may have overachieved in the last promo event, I think I can maintain myself hovering around the cut line and keep myself around here.

Wow I get to play on the weekend!! Woohoo! As of this post I'm 1st on Xbox and T-23 overall heading into the cut tomorrow. Will probably fall a few spots but should be prepped for a weekend tee time! I'm not sure I will know what to do when I show up to the clubhouse for the 3rd round. They're surely going to think I'm a caddy or something as my face is never seen playing on the course on the weekend. Better cancel all my standing weekend activities that I had started booking!

I'm declaring a "foul" on myself. 83ft putt, 5ft uphill, with red break leading from the fringe away from the hole. 161ft recommend strength. Not even sure that power is possible, and I'm pretty sure the required break is leading off that fringe and into the rough. I'm on a great round, desperately trying to make the cut. Not prepared to mess up my round when I'm 99% sure anything approaching a lag putt is not possible. Please be lenient! Here's the pic- upload

If it was anything more than that number then you 'could' have hit it hard enough. Looking at the new rules your statement at para 2 should suffice. hope this helps, DP

Well after my first missed cut of the season last week, I seemed to have pulled it back together this week. Finished up at -48, not sure where that leaves me. My guess is somewhere in the top 10 to get rid of the demo mark I got last week, but probably a couple short of the win. My lag putting on long putts cost me about 2 or 3 shots which could be the difference. Fun track, best of luck for those who still have to finish.

After being inspired by making my first cut in about a month and excited to play on the weekend I had a great showing (for me). I was feeling it both rounds and putts were dropping, so much fun to play when you're hitting it like that. Posted a (-12) and (-12) to get me to (-42) for the tournament. I think that's only the 2nd time I have ever crossed that magical (-40) mark for the tournament and man did it feel good! I'm sure I will be back down to Earth next week but I will enjoy riding high while I can!!!

So after going -12 and -9 in my first two rounds earlier in the week, pretty good except for a bunch of short missed putts, and with only one bogey, I started by missing a birdie putt from 10 feet on 1. Then on 2 my pitch hit the pin and stuck on the lip giving me a 3 inch birdie putt instead of the eagle. Birdied 3 and 4 then missed an 11 foot birdie on 5. Then I parred 7 after a way too fast backswing that put me in the bunker. Fast downswing on 8 (always seem to have fast downswings on par 3s even when I'm hitting everything else properly) and 3-putted, missing an 8 foot par. Then had another way too fast backswing on my second shot on 9 and ended up in the lake and missed a 7 foot par putt. So I went from contending for a top 10 spot to just expecting another middling finish in the span of 2 holes.
Also at this point while my first 7 holes all had perfect downswings, every shot I hit from the 8th tee on was a fast downswing until finally I had a perfect downswing on my approach on 11, even though my swings all felt the same as they were earlier. Burned the edge on my eagle putt on 12. While I started the back 9 with 4 straight birdies I 3-putted 14 after leaving my tee shot up on the front tier to the left, missing a 12 foot par. I then put my tee shot way too short on the 17th, put my flop long, and missed the putt, meaning after bogeying one hole the entire first 2 rounds I bogeyed the last 3 par 3s in the third round.
At least I made an eagle on 18, to wrap up a horrendous -7 65.
Fourth round, fast downswing into the bunker on 1, fast downswing off the tee on another par 3 on 3. Eagled 4 then lipped out an 8 foot birdie on 5. Yet another 3-putt bogey on a par 3 o 8, missing the par from 10 feet after a slow downswing off the tee. Fast downswing on my 2nd shot on 9. Slow downswing on my approach on 11.
Then I holed out from like 260 for an albatross on 12. Only made one birdie the rest of the way though, and had 2 tap-in pars from inside a foot, to shoot a 63 and finish at -37. Decent putting would have put me at least around -45 or better.
