Question- our singles matches contribute to the team standings, AND go towards an individual based standings, right?

Could someone explain the message about new putting metrics added to fair play policy? I must have missed it. Hi billybudd0623, here's the message on the forums about this change: We've added some putting metrics to the Fair Play Policy (FPP). Previously we only monitored full shots via the FPP automatically but after looking over the putting data, it's apparent we need to add putts to the mix as well to keep the tours fair for all. Tim will be tasked with adding this to the official FPP code but in the meantime Jeff and I are going to monitor/police it manually. I've had an announcement banner up on the site since Sunday so there's been fair notice that this has been in effect for this week. We'll be at the ready to work with those that fail - please come in with the same mindset if you are pulled by the new metrics.

Normally don't play all 4 in one day, but with hols coming early this week.... Cap'n that's as good as it gets lately for me. Let's go Noses! Great shooting, Art Vandelay! Surely, this is going to contribute to keeping our Noses clean in the team standings after the first week.

Hi Leon, that's exactly how I understand it as well... that's where we will get our Noses in front! Can you confirm, billybudd0623? Could alternatively be that ALL our scores go towards our individual totals, or could be that the singles scores are solely for individual play...

Round 2 finished and had a 7 under. Tried my best Hunter B but had tempo issues through out my round.

Hi Leon, You’re a great guy and all but... would you mind terribly having those same tempo issues in your third round as well? 😉 Best wishes, Frans* *now hiding before the Aussie hits him on his Nose

Party of Fore vs Fore Noses for Dirt The pairs matches are done and dusted. Round 1 saw Hunter (-10) and Leon A (-11) edge Marc (-8) and Frans (-12) out by the odd shot in 41. In the other tie Leon K (-8) and Les (-7) were pipped by Garfunkel (-9) and Art (-8). Round 2 brought straightforward wins for Team Mouthful (FN4D). Marc and Captain Frans managed a combined -18 to Hunter and Leon A's -13. Their answer to the MolliWood Ryder Cup pairing of Greg and Art both shot -8 whilst Les found he had only brought his reading glasses and performed below his best, leaving he and Leon K a couple short. Stay tuned for better Sangster-based news in the late bulletin. Eddie Veder Seattle Open after 2 rounds

LKeet6 Clarification of points earned All four rounds count toward the team score as well as the individual score. Scoring is the same as last year. Each pair of partners are playing for a max of 8 points added with their teammates in the other match for a max of 16 points. Individual scoring is what that player scored in his four rounds/matches. It is the same as S2. Due to singles matches, it may be different than all of his teammates. Bottom line is each individual is playing for 8 points a week individually while the 4 man team is playing a max of 32. Is this 'clear as mud'? That is the way I thought it up. Any questions, comments, or suggestions will be considered. I am using this week to iron out or clarify anything. Edited.

Due to a busy week and the upcoming holiday that will have me away, I got all my rounds in early this week.
64-66-65-66 = -27
Nothing spectacular. Felt like I should have scored a lot lower on this track, but of course a triple bogey in R4 did a lot of damage to that score. Good luck to the rest of the Fore Horsemen!
