Didn't Dustin Johnson get kicked off the tour for a bit for doing blow and knocking boots with other players wives? 🤔🤔

Saying "I bet jack and others cheated" is a BS line of reasoning. If we knew we'd feel differently?! You can't just assume?! Yeah, it's likely some did, but we don't know which... We DO however KNOW that woods did. Yeah, maybe a lot of people would use their riches and fame, if they had it, in a similar way, but I know I wouldn't, would you? I was actually able to enjoy his win as an awesome piece of sport, but I wouldn't say I was happy for him, necessarily... It absolutely a fair argument. If Tiger lived in Jack's era it would have either never came out or if it did would have not been covered like it is now. Although Tiger being black might have been more of problem than anything in that period of time. I don't know what I would do with that kind of money and fame. I do know I was lucky to make it out alive from 16 to 25. But yeah you are absolutely sure you could resist all that temptation. Of course you could because somehow you know what it's like to be Tiger Woods in his prime.

People are capable of cheating, or they’re not. Money doesn’t change character.
I’d bet my life Jack never cheated on his wife or on a golf course. Being rich or successful doesn’t make it ok to betray the people you are supposed to love.
Anyone trying to justify behaviour like that is the type of person who would also cheat in my experience.

I don't know what it's like to be tiger woods, and by all accounts he's quite a weird/complicated guy. His obsession with the military is another interesting aspect to his personality.
I didn't realise we were talking about what would happen if we transformed into tiger woods, I thought we were talking about what would happen if WE had fame and fortune.
If I turned into tiger woods, I would obviously do all the same things he did, not sure what the value is of that conversation. If I became rich and famous, I'm very confident I would retain my core morals. I won't say I maybe wouldn't become a bit big headed in certain situations/conversations, that seems a bit hard to completely deny, but I wouldn't cheat on my wife.
I've had two long-term (many years) relationships in my life, and without wanting to sound arrogant, I've had attention from women in that time. It's pretty easy to just have a friendly chat with them and at some point early on just mention you're in a relationship. Sometimes they leave at that point, sometimes they're happy to carry on having a conversation. It's not rocket science...

Money and fame certainly can change a person. Some deal with it better than others obviously.
I have been with my wife for 20 years.
My guess has always been when Tigers father died that is when the party really started.

So you know for a fact the Jack or any of those guys did not cheat on their wifes? LMAO OK! Lets give you millions of dollars and insane amount of fame in your 20s and 30s in a era where people have cameras on their phones and see how you do buddy. I am not excusing his behavior at have no respect for men who cheat on their wifes but put a lot men in his situation and I bet they would have done the same. Maybe not to the extent Tiger did it but cmon you got women throwing themselves at you. That is hard to resist. I think his family is just fine. His ex wife got what 400 million or something. His kids look pretty happy to me. I did quite well thank you WITHOUT cheating. I guess we have different values.

I do think it is a little unfair to bring in the personal life when judging how great a golfer is. My favourite golfer who inspired me to pick up the game Nick Faldo had a questionable personal life with his relationships and my god did the British media give him a hard time for it. Like Tiger he was intense and focused on the golf course and not the most approachable person but also was so solid when in contention in Majors, his 5 shot win at St Andrews in 1990 was golf on a Tiger level. His Masters win in 1996 from 6 shots behind Greg Norman was never given the credit he deserved, Nick played so well and put the pressure on Norman. He did so much for golf in England and it's quite fitting that he handed Tiger his green jacket in his first Masters and Major win in 1997.

Maybe you should hire someone to calibrate that tv then 😉 Money is no issue and I HAVE had a table of woman scream and rush to me when I walked into a restaurant once a few decades ago - (I played a bit part in a movie) . . it surprised me also, it was a small town so . . . . . :-) tiger - yea - great golfer but everyone talking about him hugging his family and being a great family man is BS. Great golfer though - except the steroids but those are allowed in the PGA.
