-22 is safe. Also looks like some scores got pulled. Yeah, Alexandre is gone. Do you mean Alexandre Segura? He's on the PGA leaderboard, tied for first right now. Might be another Alexandre you're talking about but he's the one that comes to mind as he's made a major name for himself since switching to PS4.

He shot -18 in the first round and was very good the last weeks since switching from PC to PS4.

Hello everyone !! My points were not counted by many straight shots. My departure was not valid. Next week, I'll try to resolve this situation. By playing many hours (especially last month), I found a way to use the control very well. But it's alright ... I regret that all my notes of distance and wind should be left (partially) aside ... The control is original. The tips I received in this forum helped me in the execution of the shot. I'll adapt again. I got the hang of it and excited about the score, I did not realize the amount of straight shots. Next week I'm back. Ah! The perfect hitting tip came in the topic (drive range - your controller grip). Juice Larry and Rob4590 gave birth to me!

Putting got even worse in the last 2 rounds. Worst hole was the first hole of round 4, 6-putt from about 20 feet, the last 4 misses were from 5-8 feet. Followed that up with a 3-putt on 2, and missed a 5 footer on 5. Ended up with over 93% GIR (which is tied for 18th) but 1.583 putts per hole (tied for the worst among people who made the cut).

Well i hope the tip doesn't mean that your controller ends up hitting them too straight cause of the tips you received. It is very similar to mouse play. If you play at a lower DPI, you can be just fine but suddenly you have a really good round, feeling the tempo well and because the low DPI just barely gets by the API, when you shoot very well, it crosses the line and the score is pulled. That is why when I make suggestions to people, I always say 800 dpi minimum. Go much lower than that and you risk being too straight or too consistent in your shots. 800 allows you to have a perfect round and still remain good with the API, whereas a 600 DPI on a perfect round could get you Dq'd. For the record, I played 800 DPI in TGC 1 and 2 and am up to 1150 now.

The tip does not involve any setting. It was the simple fact of keeping the control fixed on a table. I never wanted to have abandoned the mouse / PC (the graphics are better and I see more closely), but the swing changes meant I could no longer hit consistently. In PS4 everything has changed. Much easier (for those who already know the game) to hit PP than F / P ... With the mouse on the table (not fully in the hands), you can think of N ways to move the stick back and forth. The point is that beating relatively straight, you, mathematically and / or for practice, can put the ball where it wants (with little difference of position, because the speed of the swing - even inside the allowed one for PP, changes the distance of the ball). Now I need to think of a way to not hit so straight, maybe out of the "cone", but with some consistency. Only then can I "predict" where the ball will land. Maybe I will not play this week. I have not yet "adjusted" the balance. I will evaluate. But believe me: It does not involve any configuration. Hello everyone !! My points were not counted by many straight shots.
