Any Australian courses been made on TGC19? I’ve searched via name but only found auto gen stuff. Thanks for any answers, sorry it’s probably on the wrong thread. Rod Simpson is working on Aussie courses. Have you played his The Glades, yet? No, will give it a crack 👍

Also try Heatherton Kings by Energ1ser, it's not an RCR of Kingston Heath, but a quasi RCRAwesome. That’s the best course I’ve ever played IRL. The fairways were like walking on carpet, then the greens were like walking on rich person carpet lol. Would love to see my (and Hammo’s) home course done. It’s not a championship course, but it’s quirky and nice. It has a horse racing track runs through it, so would look great recreated I think. Drouin Golf and Country club, in Victoria, Australia, please and thank you...

Since you have played it IRL, if you spot anything I did horribly inaccurate please let me know as I will probably fix it up.

I'm working on a list that displays (with some other stats useful for who have to set some tournament schedule) country and continent of almost every course. I noticed, doing this, that they're a very little amount of good courses in africa and south america. Even in europe,if we don't count the uk.
But apart this thing,i would be very happy to play leopard creek, the course set on the kruger park, south africa, host of the alfred dunhill championship (if i remember well). Top notch course, fantadtic environment and colors..a dream. Another one is sheshan,we have only a looksalike copy. There also a new indian course..played in theceuropean tour thisvyear, if i well remember, that have a interesting design and a bunker tall a lot of meters..but i can't remember the name. Then Nine bridges in south korea. Ah!! A good rendition of medinah!!! But if i think a bit about it i can tell you a dozen of beautiful courses that are missing. But i think medinah, leopard creek and valderrama are very very important. Good job mate!

Some other course that is missing in the game and that, for a reason of another one,at least it would be beautiful to play (in my eyes, that's clear ) (i put into the list with a "*" even that courses we have but i'm not sure about quality or that we have but just as "looksalike real") : 1)Atlanta* 2)Colonial cc* 3)Oak Hill* 4)Aronimink* 5)Medinah* 6)Shankin Bay (CHN) 7)TPC Liberty National* 8)Carnoustie* (SCO) 9)Cypress Point 10)Glen Oaks* 11)Crooked Stick* 12)Ridgewood 13)Cherry Hills 14)Valderrama (SPA) 15)Sheshan* (CHN) 16)Nine Bridges (S.Kor) 17)Leopard Creek (SAF) 18)TPC Harding Park 19)TPC Kuala Lumpur* (MAL) 20)Olympic Club (lake course) 21)Royal County Down (ENG if i well rember) 22)Seminole 23)crystal Downs 24)TPC River Highlands* 25)Plainfield 26)Hamilton Gcc (CAN) 27)Royal Adelaide (AUS) 28)The Links at Fancourt (SAF) 29)Costa Navarino* (GRE) 30)Morfontaine (FRA) 31)Conway Farms* 32)Hirono (JPN) 33)Yokohama (west) (JPN) 34)National Golf Links of America 35)Portmarnock (IRE) 36)Yas Links (UAE) 37)Utrecht de Pan (NED) 38)Paraparaumu Beach 39)Friar's Head 40)The indian one that i can't rememeber. I'll edit when i'll figure out again By the moment i have in mind only these. If someone can be interested i can continue

About aussie courses, looking for the list i was doing for myself (before to start the new list for the community, with only tgct approved courses) i've found this. A lot of they are fictional, obviously. And i can't even guarantee about the quality of every of them,i have simply not the time to test each of them. Some is on the tgct list, some is not. But you can check they and judge by yourself : 1) Royal Melbourne 2) Cape Kidnappers 3) Lake Karrinyup 4) Wakiti GC 5) Falcon Bay 6) Mona Vale Lakes 7) wavebreak Spit 8) Kentash Bay 9) Kakadu Wetlands 10) Heatherton Kings 11) Settlers Run 12) Seabreeze Estate 13) The falls at Royal Tasmania 14) Kingston Heath 15) Barnbougle Lost Dunes 16) Uluru GC at Ayers Rock 17) Haunted Hills 18) Hook Island 19) Swan Hill GC 20) Gardens of Balor I have played mostly Kakadu Wetlands. Is fictional, but very interesting and challenging. I don't know if this can be useful to you,but i hope so.

I’ve recently released The Glades which is a Greg Norman course up here on the Gold Coast, turned out really well and was built prior to Lidar. Currently I am working on the following Southeast QLD courses The Grand The Colonial Brookwater

I’ve got all 3 mapped out and imported with the Lidar in game and all play well, Brookwater will be a ways off as the Bing imaging was absolutely terrible so I quickly traced it as good as I could but it’s gonna need a lot of work.
Colonial will be first then I’ll complete The Grand (which I’m going to create some additional tees for to stretch it out a bit as it’s far to short as is off the tips), I’ve also got Robina Woods in game too but I’m not happy with the quality of the Lidar as it’s really lumpy off the playing areas which frustrates me a little to see but I’m sure with a bit of TLC I’ll get it right when I get around to it.

Nice. Any chance of the 36 holes at Sanctuary Cove, if they still exist? I played them a lot.
Would also love to see Royal Brisbane. I worked right next to it on Curtin Ave in Eagle Farm and saw it driving over the Gateway twice a day, but never got on it to play. Did meet Charlie Earp there on the putting green, I made a call and managed to get him on the phone, he said he was happy to have a chat there if I could make it. Was about 500m from work so made it the following week. He was Norman’s coach, I was doing a journalism degree so was lucky to speak to him before he passed.
Appreciate any and all Aussie courses, if you remember to please tag me in any releases 🙏🏼

Appreciate any and all Aussie courses, if you remember to please tag me in any releases 🙏🏼 Sanctuary Cove’s Palms course went under an extensive Ross Watson commissioned redesign in 2011, Lidar is from 2014 so I’ll have to have look. I’d actually forgotten about to look into it further but I’ll definitively look into getting the Palms and Pines into TGC too, would love to do on 1 plot but the tropical theme won’t be the right fit for both courses, could make it work for Palms but the Pines will need Rustic/Boreal. I looked into doing the 27hole Royal Pines layout but the Lidar doesn’t fully cover the 2014 redesign that Graham Marsh completed late that year so I’m hoping that I can track down some more recent data from no earlier than 2015 and I’ll definitely do that as it’s now a beast of a layout. Charlie Earp is still alive and well too so not sure how you heard otherwise, I actually seen him 2 weeks ago at the Australasian Age Championships that both my sons played in, gave the boys some great tips and still as passionate about the game as he always has been

Beautiful mate. You know..before to join this community i was really disliking the whole idea of play a fictional course, cause i was thinking that there are already so many magic real courses i wish to play that in my eyes doing or playing a fictional one it was just a loss of time. Now i'm so involved into this side of the game that i'm doing a list just about (in the end) the tons of fictional courses we have. This game..this community..just change my mind and my Point of view. But, so said,i still wish to play here a lot of real courses. So i'm really happy about your work on the aussie side. It's a Great gift for all of us. Thank you mate. I'll follow your efforts!!
