Any chance someone can explain what's different/special about this event in practice from a player's perspective? Wasn't around for these last year so I don't know if there's anything specific I need to be doing beyond just playing the society rounds.
-Screenshot your scorecard for each round just in case API isn't cooperative. This makes it easier to match up scorecards as they are being compared hole by hole to your opponent.
Am not staff here anymore, so this is my opinion, but has worked in the past and I don't see why not this time around: As this is single elimination, if you lose in a round, there isn't a reason to play on to further rounds if you do not wish with ONE EXCEPTION: The losers of the semifinals have played on in the Final Round as a 3rd place match. Would need confirmation from Oswinner or Matt10 on if a third place match is happening this year.
Am also assuming that R1 is round of 16, R2 is round of 8 (quarterfinals), R3 is round of 4 (semifinals), and R4 is Finals (Championship and possible third place match). Going off of the above being true, if you make it to the semifinals, you should play both R3 and R4.
For sure, there is always a 3rd placed playoff.
TRUE SIM TOUR - WGR #37 (as of 20/08/18) Season Finishes (Money List) 2016: 15th ($4.9m) 2017: 10th ($6.0m) 2018: 35th ($1.7m)
Unbelievable round from Larry and pretty good from Andy as well ... I started too slow to have any chance of beating last week's regular tour winner Mr Porter but I gave it a go, probably should've practiced the course first haha ... scorecard below

Not a fan of this course. Seems "off" and the scales seemed over or underdone in spots. Elevations seemed forced and not gradual. Maybe it really is like that. I, of course, have that superb opinion having never seen the course before.

Solid but non-monstery second round of -9 with some continued great putting (long putts 46%) but missed a bunch of greens so I'm not too optimistic. Started R3 just in case but it all fell apart and I quit after -3 through 10, will continue if I need to.
