Also, surely Proximity is broken stat in-game? How can Sloaner be the worst? He’s one of the best for GiRs.
Tragically (because in principle it's such an awesome stat) it's broken as I found out in the USE society. The main problem is that quite a few courses register 0ft proximity on every hole, massively skewing the stats. Most likely sloaner's is one of the few legit ones based on not playing on one of the bugged 0ft courses, and most other players' numbers show them as closer than him because they've got 18/36 or whatever holes that registered as being 0ft from the pin every time.
Edit: and re: tee to green, for normal TGCT PGA level GIR and putting are both extremely important, at about the same level of importance in fact, while FIR is basically irrelevant, I'd imagine with TST putting importance is beefed up a notch though as 10 footers aren't gimmies with no grids - here's a post I made a couple of months back:

Thought I'd check the relative importance of these variables on scores with an online multiple regression tool, used all data from the TGCT stats page and combined standard with combined stats so each player has everything in one row. Results are pretty much as expected, FIR is pretty much irrelevant, while GIR and PPH are extremely important - these are the beta coefficients (standardised weighted estimates of impact on scoring, so how much would 1 standard deviation change in one variable likely impact the standard deviation change on the target variable, in this case round scores, I've transformed these into absolute values just to make it easier to see relative importance visually, but obviously pph lowers scores when it goes down while the others do so when they go up):
