Was browsing through the recently released courses tonight trying to catch up on missed releases now that i'm done designing for awhile and ran across a course called Omak Hills (Red Course). Beautiful natural course BTW. If you like the more subtle natural style, I highly recommend it. After playing it, I went looking for other courses by the designer and there was a number of other listing with the exact same course name as the one I played, but released a number of hours apart. I can only assume some of them were beta versions. For all I know the one I played was a beta, but that's not the point. What I don't understand is how the designer was able to release multiple versions with the exact same course name. It was my understanding that you could only use a course name once and if you put out an updated version, it has to use a different course name.
Am I wrong on this? Can you release an updated version under the exact same course name? Just wanted to know for future reference in case I ever update any of my courses.
Thanks...

You can put out as many courses with the same name as you want, but the problem is anyone searching for it won't be able to tell which one to play, so it's always better to publish betas by initials or something that won't likely be searched.

Dang. Wish I knew that before I released my latest course. It was called one name and I changed it to another because I thought I had to. I would have just left it the same name. Well at least I know now going forward. Thanks for that info.
