I’ve returned. I’m finally getting around to finishing that course originally made for a design contest last summer, and all of the playability stuff is finished! A fully playable (but unplanted) beta can be played in TGC2 as “The Club at Snake Creek,” though I’d suggest waiting a couple weeks for when I publish a completed project in TGC 2019. 8th green More pics coming soon!

Ima fan of this green. I hope the downslope off the back of that bunkers is in play. Too often I see people trying to sculpt the green completely separate. This is much more natural looking

And FYI yes the bunker slopes come into play. I typically sculpt the green first and then do bunker edges so that the land flows. This course specifically has quite a few slopes off of bunkers that create movement!

I've been experimenting with bunkering techniques myself, from similar to this to the total opposite where the green feeds offline shots to slow roll into bunkers. It's very hard to accomplish without being perceived as 'unfair' but anyway I'm looking forward to being in that bunker!

The sun is setting on this project... The Club at Snake Creek will open before the end of March 2019! (and no, the lighting will not be this dark... it creates a gorgeous sunset but makes it impossible to see the course, heh...)

This took forever... But it's the exact look I'm going for, so I'm happy!

This one's taking longer than expected to plant, so pushing it back until April Here, take a pic of the par 4 16th:
