Here's the first, with some planting still to be done. What about the other 17? Aren't you done yet? Lolololokok

What about the other 17? Aren't you done yet? Lolololokok Hold your horses. I aren't a quick designer, mainly due to lack of spare time I can spend in the designer. I should have another shot up later today...

An early look at the view back from behind the second green. The green is complete including four pins and sculpting though there are no bunkers yet and the fairway has only been laid out with no sculpting or planting done yet.

Frustrating morning putting down bunkers round the second green. Put two down next to the gorse bush no problem (right of picture above) but putting one down short right of the green down the slope leaves me with a horrible jagged edge above the front lip every time. Only way I can get rid of it is smooth flatten it all (but then the bunker looks crap) or delete the bunker altogether.

The 2nd is now complete. Hit the fairway off the tee and it is a driver, 4 iron depending on pin position despite the length of the hole, hence why it is a par 4.

Here's the third hole as you play back towards the Wall that you played away from on the 2nd.

An early view up the 4th hole. Driver may not be the best club off the tee here.

Here's the 4th hole. You tee off above the 3rd green, hit down into a small valley and back up to a green that drops off sharply to the left. A back left pin position is tough while there is also a mound protuding in front of the front right portion of the green making that part of the green blind.

The 5th plays back away from The Swiss Wall over a small dip to an uphill fairway. You need length off the tee to give you a clear sight of the green, but go too long and the fairway narrows dramatically thanks to a bunker that protudes on the right. The approach is to a two tiered green with the top tier sloping slightly back down making back pin positions tricky to get close to.

Here is the first hole that is not a par 4 and it is the three shot 6th where you tee off literally on top of the rocks thanks to the latest state of the art artificial turf that has been laid down on top. The hole doglegs right at a near right angle and there is a bunker on the corner to really make the player choose whether to try and cut off some of the corner to give you the only chance of perhaps making the green in two. Although the green is someway below the landing area off the tee, it does kick back up a little bit to it and there is a nasty deep pot bunker front right that you can't see in this picture. In that and you're in trouble.

The 7th is the first par 3 and features the three tees on different teeing areas at three different angles which are all seperated by a thin line of trees. The yardage varies from 160 something from the forward tees to 227 from the back. The middle tee is off the left of the picture.

After no par 3s for six holes, two come along at once. The 8th is around 40 yards shorter than the previous hole but sees drop offs left and right of the green and a bunker to catch a shot short right. Hitting the green is a must.

The 9th is a par 5 that plays down to a fairway that kicks up, making the tee shot a little deceptive. Length is key, if you can make it to the top, you can have a view of the green. If you don't, you will see the pin and the back bunkers, but not see the other five greenside bunkers. Great care is needed on the second shot. The entrance to the green is pinched by the two bunkers short left, the fairway and the green both play downhill so you will get far more run on the ball as normally and there is also a ridge running down the middle of the green. Get on the wrong side of that and you are faced with a very tricky putt. It's an easy hole to get to in two, but it's a lot harder to get birdie on than you expect.
