Hit every green in regulation on the first 9 holes only to end up -1 at the turn in the first round because I had 17 putts, including missing a 5 footer. 3-putt the second hole for a bogey. Another 2-putt on 10, then missed a 9 foot birdie on 11. Actually made a reasonably difficult putt with a 15 foot eagle on 12.
Finished the first round at -7, hitting 17 of 18 GIR (only one I missed I was like a yard short of the green with a front pin position), but 30 putts.
Started off the second round by missing a 13 foot birdie on 1. Put my tee shot in the bunker on 2, hit my bunker shot too far and it rolled down the hill off the green, missed the 8 foot bogey. Birdied 3 then 4-putt 4 from like 20 feet for double bogey. 3-putt 9 for par, +2 for the front 9, 18 putts. 14 putts on the back 9 to finish at -2 for the round.
31/36 GIR for the first two rounds but 62 putts, not even close to the cut line. I had like a half-dozen slow or fast downswings (excluding chips and stuff) the entire time, was hitting the ball really well.

Pretty decent stab at it for me this week: -12, -10, -13, -10 = -45. A few shots shy of the current leader on PS4 - but was nice to finally have an outside chance going into the final round. Hoping good enough for a 2nd promotion mark against my name. Loved loved loved the course - a lot of holes where you could play for rolls - they feel great when you see them in your minds eye & then execute perfectly

I blew it after a good opening couple of rounds.
Finished -6, -5 for -35.
Didn’t play badly but missed ALOT of putts. Happy with the tournament overall. Really enjoyed the course.

Just as I posted, the leader board reset and I missed the cut as expected. YAY no more having to play that course again, despite actually liking it. Now I can burn that promotion mark properly. Anyone got a match? Nevermind I'll use a flame thrower.

Practising next week's course and twice I have actually gone in the water, I can't see my golfer cause he is in the middle of the river and can only see the club as it breaks the water at the top of the swing, the ball goes about two inches and THEN it gives me the penalty and puts my ball someplace to drop. So gotta be careful on things like this as there may be times you should just take the drop and go back to your original hitting position. Should still be the same amount of shots if you had gone in the water.
