The RRCC Tour will continue...
While we'll certainly miss Jamie for a while with all his background work and his fantastic score summaries, the rest of us will try to keep this thing going. We will move on with the basics, and hopefully Jamie will return a little earlier than expected. Schedule for Week 22 (starting tomorrow) will be announced a little later today.

Results for week 20 are in, and with them the conclusion of our last full official tournament of the season! This week was played at: Dauphin Highlands / Countryside / by Victor Lane Pinecone National Retreat / Boreal / by Broc Everett Thompson Island Golf Club / Highlands / by Antonio Scarpacci Results (56 Players)
1. Todd Todd Wright (PS4) -352. TAGROCKET Don Tagariello (PC) -34 3. blueorfe Bradley Garcia (PS4) -33 Best RoundsDauphin Highlands -17 blueorfe Bradley Garcia (PS4) Pinecone National -12 TAGROCKET Don Tagariello (PC), Madtooth James Whitbread (PC) Thompson Island -14 @larrymalone Larry Malone (PS4) Many congrats to the TDawg, coming through to take his second win in three weeks from fellow Euro player Don Tagariello, who also produces a brilliant performance one shot back to claim his second podium finish this season. Euro Tour players ruling the roost this week, the only PGA presence in the top 3 coming from some fella called Bradley Garcia a further shot back in 3rd place, never heard of him. Which is odd because that's now 13 top 3's for Brad! Best Web player was hojen Johan Ahlmark (PC) in 24th place. Check out CC player James Whitbread with a share of the best round at Pinecone National amongst the big boys ProAm Results (25 Players)
1. dave69 David Stevenson (PC) -292. Madtooth James Whitbread (PC) -26 3. James Whitbread's excellent round at Pinecone sees him come through to take his second podium finish of the season in 2nd place, and season leader Titi Vivi takes a solid 3rd place. Very happy to give Xbox players Brad Samuelson and Dian Geere a first tag of the season for nice rounds at the excellent Thompson Island. Scarpacci is back and the world rejoices. So to the tournament results, who would win our 5th and final full tournament of this season?... The Crunch Time Classic

1. ThePheniiix Titi Vivi (PS4) 2202. dave69 David Stevenson (PC) 204 3. uhohnene Mike Huggins (Xbox) 195 Well done to a long-time friend of the RRCC, Michael Earl earning his first tournament win of this season, a solid 5th in the final week enough to take him over the line after a win and a couple of other top 3's before it. A well deserved victory, but equal kudos to a couple of Euro Tour players filling up the rest of the podium. Todd Wright actually won two of the weeks in this tournament but falls just short in 2nd place for his second tournament top 3 this season, and for Don Tagariello it's his first step on to our tournament podium. Really well played to all 3, WGR1 Bradley Garcia was lurking! Best Web player of the tournament went to lawman1474 Lawrence Fairchild (PS4) in 25th place. In the ProAm, Titi Vivi has now been in the top 3 an astonishing 9 weeks in a row and that's plenty to claim his second tournament win in a row. Excellent stuff from him, clearly the next time we run these tournaments he won't be on the ProAm leaderboard. David Stevenson's win this week got him close but he has to settle for 2nd place and his first tournament top 3 of the season. Mike Huggins had a great tournament but just couldn't get it done in the final week and finishes 3rd. Really well done to anybody who got a mention and thanks as always to everybody who played. Our season champions are all but decided at both levels, but we'll save that for the results of our Tour Championship week which has pretty much just finished. With triple points on offer all the minor placings are still very much up for grabs at both levels, I hope you had a good week! All results and standings can be found below: Full Results

Am I missing something?
Usually I play R1 on Thursday, and even then there are already people that have played before me. (PC)
This week I had to wait till tonight, Friday.... and how is it that I'm the ONLY person on the leaderboard? Did the tourny get rescheduled or something and I missed it?
And oh my goodness Champions Trail is way harder than it looks at first. beautiful course though!

Maybe people saw that message about the PS4 in orange and just processed it mentally as the whole thing. Maybe they are on vacation. LOL. banger was there for the first three holes, but then...just felt odd, with just....me. hahaha.

Busy old day. All four TGCT rounds in the bag and cracked on and knocked out all 3 RRCC rounds as well. And for the most part it went pretty well, especially with the putter. Champions was a toughie, g-string fairways and plenty of the wet stuff and the only place that I struggled a little on today. Absolutely loved everything about Privateer. So much to look at and I thought visually stunning and well laid out. And finally another visual treat at Kathmandu. Plenty of elevation changes and water features. The follow camera struggled to follow my drive and I ended up with a view of a cliff on the 18th, despite being safely (?!) in the rough.
Very enjoyable week on the RRCC.....

Welcome to your final results service of Season 5! But fear not, at the very least the RRCC looks set to continue bringing you 3 of the best new courses every week to be played and enjoyed at your leisure. There will be more 'official seasons' in the future I'm sure. Nothing set in stone yet but it's likely we may run a series of shorter seasons rather than one that just keeps rolling on for an indefinite about of time. Watch this space, but in the meantime carry on playing and enjoying the work of our amazing community of designers. They are and always have been what makes this game so great. So to week 21, our first ever RRCC Major, the RRCC Tour Championship. Who would take the crown? And in the season long leaderboards who would follow in the footsteps of jtcurrent JT Current, canthitstraight Jimmy Kuo, B.Smooth13 Justin Smedley, and at ProAm level double winner stewarty5 Charlie Stewart to become our RRCC Season Champions? Week 21 was played at: Legend Lake Golf Club / Rustic / by Chris Hall Avondale American G&CC / Steppe / by Jeremy Mayo Magnolia National (Tour) / Boreal / by Craig LeVasseur RRCC Tour Championship

He's had 8 top 3 finishes this season but this is only his second win, what a great time to pull that one out the bag ! He finishes one shot ahead of Bradley Garcia, who may get a bit more of a 'big up' in a short while.... Three shots behind him is the now unfortunately deleted Lazza Malone in 3rd, for him his fifth podium finish of the season. The top Web players both give me much pleasure to be able to give a tag in this final event, ENAGC18 Wes Howell (PS4) and digsb Digs Bridgen (PS4) in a share of 12th place, nice one fellas! The Challenge Circuit also very well represented again, James Whitbread with another share of a best round at Avondale, and Craig Thomas in a brilliant share of 4th amongst the top players, but we'll come on to him in a minute too... ProAm Results (24 Players)
1. xcltaff1980 Craig Thomas (Xbox) -292. dave69 David Stevenson (PC) -22 3. JeffJeter Jeff McPhee (Xbox) -21 Legend Lake -11 xcltaff1980 Craig Thomas (Xbox) Avondale -13 Madtooth James Whitbread (PC) Magnolia -10 Giraffe72 Jamie Gale (Xbox) Strong finish to the season for Craig Thomas, and he is our RRCC ProAm Tour Champion with his second win in three weeks at this level. As well as his lofty position on the main leaderboard he is a full 7 shots clear of David Stevenson in 2nd place, very well played Taff but shame about Magnolia ! David Stevenson also showed up well in the latter part of the season and takes his fifth podium finish in the runner up spot, and TGC1 legend Jeff McPhee comes through to take his fourth with a solid tournament in 3rd place. So what would this mean for our Season 5 leaderboard? Well our champions were basically already decided but the rest of the placings were up for grabs: RRCC Season 5 Final Standings (159 Players)
1. blueorfe Bradley Garcia (PS4) 2210 points2. mde8965 Michael Earl (PS4) 1846 3. @larrymalone Larry Malone (PS4) 1625 ProAm Final Standings
1. ThePheniiix Titi Vivi (PS4) 8172. xcltaff1980 Craig Thomas (Xbox) 634 3. Crazy Croc Marc Van Niekerk (PC) 582 He's won basically everything else that TGC has had to offer over its three incarnations, now WGR1 Bradley Garcia can finally add the RRCC Season Champion to his vast trophy cabinet (which is probably bigger than my house). Very well done Bradley, it's about time! I love having players like Brad on this tour, it's always been a great tour for learning the game and what better way to learn than to tee up against the ghost ball of the best players? Brad's stats this season, he played 17 out of 21 weeks and was only out of the top 3 three times, 2 tournament wins and 10 weekly wins plus 17 best rounds. That's one in every three he played! Great stuff, but also excellent play from our Tour Championship winner Michael Earl who solidified his position in 2nd place with that victory and ends up as a worthy runner up on the season. Larry Malone's good result in the final week sees him leapfrog the unfortunate Todd Todd Wright (PS4) and finish 3rd, I hope Lazza sees this and remembers that this game can still be fun. Nothing to detract from Todd's season either, as a Euro player he consistently mixed it with the best players on this tour, the PGA awaits.... At ProAm level Titi Vivi was in the top 3 eight weeks in a row before the final week and won our Season Championship at a canter. Not long before we'll be seeing him in the Pro Tours either. Craig Thomas' excellent performance in the Tour Championship catapults him up to 2nd place and turns a solid season in to a really good one. Marc Van Neikerk led the way early on but didn't play towards the end of the season, but he still did enough to finish in 3rd place. So that's that for season 5. There are still going to be events running so feel free to play, there's even unconfirmed talk of a weekly cross platform leaderboard. We will hopefully be back with an official Season 6 later in the year, watch these threads for sign ups! Thanks are very much due to our team behind the scenes, the Boss who is the soul of this tour edi_vedder Thomas Oberholzer (PS4), our PS4 team Chief Bill Hibbard (PS4) digsb Digs Bridgen (PS4) dgforelife Andrew Leopard (PS4) tylannister Quique Viturro (PS4), o ur PC team B.Smooth13 Justin Smedley (PC) CGib2 CF Gibson (PS4) SkyBlueBen Ben Tough (PC) toddfather Curtis Cockerill (Xbox/PC), and our Xbox team rhino4life David Andrews (Xbox) Hootbleet Graham Brown (Xbox). Another great write up as usual Giraffe72 they're always a good read; unfortunately took me all season to finally play well enough to get one of your famous tags. Glad to hear RRCC will continue as I really enjoy the casual rounds at some very interesting courses. Jamie, I hope all goes well for you and that we see you back soon; I'm sure The Boss will keep things ticking over in your absence.
