Without using any names of course, but one of them is a former PGA tour player with a rank nearly in the top 100 world. How is that person allowed in such a low division? There are 2 other players ranked in the top 300 also in CC-F and I haven't even gone through the other divisions.
This top ranked player finished nearly in the top 10 for Fedex pts on the PGA tour last season. This person has also never shot over par for any tournament in the past 2 years. Yet SOMEHOW they manage to shoot +24 for 4 rounds in the QSchool? give me a break...

Maybe they suck at the new game..
Maybe they don't spend as much time practicing the new game..
Maybe they have health problems and can't play the new game as well as they once did...
Maybe they got a new hot girlfriend and just don't give a rats ass anymore...
Maybe they had to move out of moms basement and are more worried about paying the bills and TGC does not seem as important..
There could be thousands of reasons for a persons decline at TGC Tours..

Some folks are sticking to Master clubs no matter what and also some are playing “no aids” TST style for the challenge and don’t care where they wound up from Q-School. Or all or some of what Eric said. Lol, but I hope that Eric’s reason 4 was the culprit because I’m a dirty old fart.

I've never been a big fan of people playing "out of flight" simply because it litters the in-game leaderboard. But a lot of people play the other tours just because they want to play the courses. No idea why they just don't play it locally, especially if they are going down-flight instead of up-flight (to see if you can compete on that level that week) but they do. Not a big deal at the end of the day but I understand the annoyance of a littered in-game leaderboard.

I see they have 4 demotion strikes with no finishes before this week so I guess they just withdrew if they played crap or didnt have a high finish?

The guy can’t keep a job. As he never completed his true sim rounds either. I say he is sand bagging. 7 tournaments and zero finishes? Just to get in a lower tour.

Maybe trying to find his place in the new world I can understand all the reasons but the game is not that materially different. If a player was in the high ranks of PGA last season (which was only a few months ago) there is essentially 0% chance they would degrade that much to fall not down into web tour, not down into CC-A. not down into CC-B,. not down into CC-C, not down into CC-D, not down into CC-E, but fall from PGA all the way down to CC-F ? there is something wrong there. If you want to make the new game excuse for players then okay, completely reset the world rankings as of the start of this season with the new game. That's all I will say about this topic and I fully agree with the poster that said they might be sandbagging.

Also, I haven't looked into who the player is, but if they are a XB1 player, then it would make sense to me.

Can I ask what the issue really is? It seems as though this player is not finishing events, so what effect is it having on other players?
What is it that we are afraid of happening? Are we concerned a player will be down in CC-Z and start dominating the field, just for kicks?

We are down there for a reason, how can you compete, that is why we're f's. I recognize some of the players on the leaderboards from society events and they are way better than cc-f. Maybe tgct should've taken into account people's previous leagues as well as q school. Saying that tgct do a great job and without them i would've given this game up ages ago.

TGCT cannot control who plays the actual in game Societies. Anyone can play them. What counts is the leaderboards here at TGCTours, IMO.
