Welcome to week 2 and the fantastic The Olmsted- South Course, a little bit tougher this week and I know a couple of people have struggled on this course, the condition changes of the last patch has taken away some of the bite but danger still lurks for the unwary. So ddixjr509 if you would like to tell us anything about the course and your other courses you are more to, but donβt feel obligated to. Have fun everyone.

Will be looking to get a practice round in on this course before I start the tourny. Looks like I need to do some course management this season to reduce the number of long pitches I face during a round. Far too many putts last week, so will need to improve on that as well. It is going to be tough in the web, the level of competition is high this year. Good luck out there.

Excellent Tournament Name Dan!! I think it's going to take a super low score to win (-50?), which means to place top 10 you'll have to get crazy aggressive on all of your tee options... or you could take the weeny tee options and settle for a middle of the pack finish. I generally play this course better when I preview it from green back to the tee. Good Luck and Enjoy your round this week in Central Park. *disclaimer- send any complaints to Nesbit... he's the one that got me spiraling down this dark designing path.

I'll be blaming you soon enough if I miss my second cut of the season already.
But in all seriousness, this is a really fun course to play, so I was glad to see it on the tour I'm in.

To me the course played pretty difficult in round 1. The narrow landing areas combined with the water hazards and the difficult greens/pins may keep scores lower than you think. I thought I did well with my -4 first round. The course looks gorgeous by the way so well done there.

I think the top scores will be in the 30 under par range. Course plays tougher than it looks.

Ah, I was basing it off some of my previous rounds with friends who generally get around in -10 to -14.... but I think we dialed the wind up for a round or two. Regardless, I was just trying to plant some seeds for you knuckleheads to be over-aggressive.

Shoulda practised ππ .... started badly going in the water on 3 and 4 with fast downswings (double bogey, bogey) recovered slightly to be -1 at the turn... 2 pars and 3 birdies later this happens on 15!!
Cost me a birdie! Managed to birdie the last for a -5 first round ..... onward!!

Sorry that happened, the course went through hours of testing, that never came up, all I can do is apologize that it was missed.

1st round -9, played decent stuff and felt I got unlucky with a few bounces. Putter getting warmer after last week's disaster.
2nd round -1. Just **** off. Proper controller through the TV stuff.
2nd missed cut of the season.
