Who do we notify if we are going to be away from the tour for a couple of weeks? I read somewhere that if you miss too many tournaments they penalize you. I'll be absent and playing real golf in Florida for two weeks in the New Year. not jealous at all!! Im still hiding from winter golf! Will pick the sticks back up in april Moving down full time to live on a course after our home sells here. Are you even just a little bit jealous yet?

Wow, did the best I have ever done in a match here, and feeling pretty good, and I go to check and would have had to get -45 or something for a win, and -20something even for a promo mark. IN CC-Z!!! LOL
Still happy with my own performance though.

Time to call it quits. There is no way I can compete with -42 after the third round. Good luck to all and Merry Christmas.

lost it in Round 3 again this week...79! Ugh! Didn't seem to be too tough a course, but just couldn't get a short game going

Horrible 3rd and 4th rounds. Pins placed on red slopes? Come on TGC, why not let us play on one of the official HB courses instead of these courses? Would love to see video of players at the top of the leaderboard that have Arcade like scores. Cheating?

Would love to see video of players at the top of the leaderboard that have Arcade like scores. Cheating? Please identify the course, round, and hole where a pin was on a red slope. I want to know so we can review it. We generally won't use official courses for one of two reasons: 1. People have played them several times over, either in matchmaking or PGA TOUR modes. 2. Outside the 7 real courses, the official courses were originally created in earlier games by the members of this community. We've played them on tour already. Players improve. After enough time, "it just clicks" - whether it be that a player learns a new technique or learns new information, or becomes more consistent with the mechanic - and players improve very rapidly. TGCTours takes cheating very seriously. Players just get better and learn how to execute any shot in the game.

Hello CC-Z Tour!
I get to be your host this week as you guys take on Blunderbuss! This is my first course design on tour so I really hope you all enjoy your rounds! I designed this course specifically for the CC-am/Beginner players so I expect to see some very low scores this week (all though I do not know the conditions you will be playing in). If you guys have any comments, good or bad, about the course I will be thrilled if you post about it here! Trust me... if you say anything negative I will NOT be offended. I take all criticism very well!
I made sure the Blunderbuss staff cleaned out the locker rooms well and made them smell less like a rotten fart. The clubhouse bar is complimentary to all the tournament participants so please enjoy yourselves here! Cheers!!!
If I have any advice to offer... just play safe... hit the greens in regulation because they are not very tricked up. If you have close approach shots you will be rewarded!
Good luck this week!

Played rounds 1 & 2 at blunderbuss shot -4 & -11. This course just seems to click for me hopefully I can hang on to a promotion mark place after last weeks final 2 rounds left me one shot out of them

I just wanted to commend you for your course design, and thank you! I have found it to be a very nice course. Its very visually appealing, and being a low-Z player, it has been very playable!
My scores haven't been what most on this site would consider good, but for me,they've been decent. It is so refreshing to hit a bad shot and still feel like I'm 'in the game', or get to a green and have nice relaxing breaks, that are still challenging, but not the crazy hard stuff that I see a lot of.
Thank you!!

I would just like to commend you on a very playable course, was going great guns through the first two rounds -17, but faltered slightly as suggested with the increased wind for round 3 and only moved to -21. Lesson for next time learnt to put in another practice round with the adjusted wind settings. Looking forward to round 4 tonight.

which is worse?
playing bad?
or playing relatively good, and missing a putt by less than an inch or ringing the cup every other hole, scrambling a lot because each approach shot seems like something is juuuust barely off, but enough to take you into a scramble, then around hole 15 looking down and realizing 'hey, I'm holding the controller at a slightly different angle it looks like than I'm thinking'... and promptly birdying three in a row after changing it.
cause the latter is how I played tonight. hahah.

*throws clubs*
I played the pro course as a warmup round, and did GREAT. was nailing almost every shot, hitting them perfectly.
Then I went to our course, and aimed just a bit to the right, not far, but just a bit, because I always hit my first tee shot fast....and saw that water on my downswing, got the yips, and hit slow, and in the water it went. double bogie. 4th hole, hit the water again. After that, nothing went right.
*goes and retrieves clubs, because I need them for the next round*

Hello all Z'ers.
I've been playing this game since the end of TGC1, almost all of TGC2 (in CC-Am Z-E) and stopped in Aug. 2018. But thanks to Santa I got the new TGC2019 game. Last week finished Q-school and received my CC-AM Z tour card. So here I am ... exactly where I should be ... IMO.
I love this game because of these proboards and threads. I mean really where else can you comment on your game with golfers around the world in your own group.
As I digress.
Started my first round Sunday, R1 - 3 , then my second, R2 -3 ... not great but should have stopped there. But noooo, one more wouldn't hurt. Well don't know what happened ... tempo, swing, rhythm all off. I mean everything just turned upside down. Round 3, + 6. Yikes ... everything I worked hard to get in the first two rounds just wiped away in a single round.
Tonight last round and finished -4.
So thanks for letting me vent ... this is a great community.
Hope to be a regular part of this community.
Good luck to all you Z'ers !!!
