I unfortunately don't think I can catch up even if I win the last 2 weeks just from missing the first 2 weeks unless EVERYTHING goes right lol. But group C is a fun one for sure and I know I have my work cut out for me. Hopefully I can make it interesting though Lots of tight battles coming down to the end. Excited to see how it all plays out!

Lets just say this rounds course really fit my game... goodluck BENNY6676 Cheers Bryant. Unfortunately I've had my chances to get back in it and haven't taken them. Need a win in both weeks and for you to drop off for one of them too. A big ask. The better man got it this season without question but I won't go down without salvaging a little pride ๐ Have a good finish to the season mate ๐๐

Canโt be bowing out yet - hole in ones happen and you could catch fire and top my score this week. Appreciate it though Benny. Last good season of A until they let in @spartan4knight then this group just goes way down hill

OK, I would like to ask a question and I hope this group will help out the whole group with their answers..... here goes. Can you guys post your stats...... proximity to the hole short, medium, long putt % About how many (if any) VF or VS down swings you get in a average round? I know I am a below average player at best but it would help me to know, are you throwing dart and have short putts for birdies all the time? Are you just making your putts inside 20 on a regular basis(every time)? Thank you for helping out. I appreciate any of your input!

Hope this helps. As for VF Iโd say 1 every round avg. I can go 3-4 rounds with out a VF, but Iโve also had rounds with 4-6 in one round๐ณ I agree with Taff. Fast ds on approach are the number one score killer for me

Thank you for helping out.ย I appreciate any of your input!ย ย Hereโs a quick snapshot of my swing and miss stats for this season. But more than just the stats I think there are two keys to really scoring well at least for me. 1. Being able to make putts between 15 and 20 feet at about a 60% rate. 2. Avoiding bogeys. This means a whole bunch of things but sometimes itโs taking a safer shot instead of going for every pin and sometimes itโs recovering after a bad shot.

I appreciate the responses so far, thanks.
I guess my point in asking is, I seem to find myself frequently in the 10-20 foot range. Now, I burn the edges a lot and it is frustrating knowing that that is the difference between shooting -5 and shooting -10.
Don't get me wrong I have holes that just blow up and nothing goes right and it's dbl bogey time.
Now, if all you top players are dropping your approach shots with 5-10ft every time, well that's a whole different level that is beyond me ๐

Now, if all you top players are dropping your approach shots with 5-10ft every time, well that's a whole different level that is beyond me ๐ For me I have probably 1 vf a round. Some rounds I get away with not having any but I'm not immune to the fast or slow downswings. Like it was mentioned earlier, scrambling and saving par is the key. Working on flops, chips and such around the greens is always important because on Xbox we're just not gonna be able to stick it close every time. To answer your putting question I tend to make a lot from 15 to 20 ft. My putting saves me most times. That being said I just played on the PGA tour event this week and literally missed 11 putts that sat on the lip. I was not happy lol. Keep working on the short game and the putting and your scores will improve quickly!
