Good morning, After two missed cuts in a row, I currently stand at two strikes. Moreover, my swing is very inconsistent at the moment. Thus, during these last few weeks in TGC2, I'm in basic survival mode, simply hoping to make the cut. How times have changed. My first round on this course started with a quite remarkable 150 yard hole-out. The ball bounced once on the green and then jumped right into the hole (without rolling). The remainder of the round was not that spectacular, yet bogey-free. On the front nine, my appoaches were better than my putting, as I had many 2-putt pars. On the back nine, I missed some fairways and greens, but saved par with some good putts. In total, I added 6 birdies and eventually finished at -8. I forgot to make a screenshot of my second round, so I don't remember the details. With a final score of -4, I'm at -12 halfway through. The difference is almost entirely due to a less fortunate performance on the first hole, where, instead of holing out from long distance, I missed from close range (+1 instead of -2). Since this wasn't my only bogey, I accumulated at least 6 birdies throughout the round, which is about the same as in round 1. I don't know if -12 is enough. Maybe it could help that people have already started migrating towards TGC2019. Good luck all!

Looking forward to this course, it's a very pretty design. I'll be headed out to my Twitch channel (VctryLnSprts) on Monday to play my rounds if you'd like to come hang out.

I was very slim margins from ripping this tournament up, but just couldn’t catch the breaks I needed. I even came to the 17th hole at -10 for the round in R3 and dumped two drives in a row into the water. Haha! Still might be an upper-mid field finish, but I was not far from a total more in the -40s than where I ended up. On to next week.
62-63-64-64 for a -31 total.

Kind of dissapointing -7 to start and yet again felt like it should have been better. Now i'll probably have to do better in rd2 to make the cut. Which is quite important in these high cash tournaments...

I might have made a huge mistake by going for the green on 17 and hitting it in the water. Bogey on a birdie-hole. Shame... Other than that one my swing was actually really good again but just can't seem to score.
-13 after 2 rounds. Have to hope we don't have alot of people playing this week.

With the round 3 pin position i didn't go for it but in round 2 it was just perfect for my 3 wood and if i would have hit it well, i'm sure i would be putting for eagle there but that's how it goes sometimes. Any ideas about the cut line already?

Based on the fact that it appears a lot of people have bagged the remainder of TGC2, I think the cut could be as reasonable as -7 or -8, if there's even a cut at all.

Round 3, 61. Finally a score that somewhat matches with my good swing of the last weeks. 1 round left, hopefully another low 60's

Made last week's cut (only 3rd cut ive made) and jumped about 300 spots on the money list. I could use another good week this ween and next week and maybe climb up the money list here before the new season.

Ended up at -29. Overall just a wasted tournament. 1 good round, 3 rounds where i not even could, but SHOULD have scored 2-4 shots better. Such a misopportunity
