Is it ok to post here, if I played TGC19, instead of TGC2? I still played my division, CC-Am.
If not, I still want all my planet Z brethren to know... because if you've been following my posts, you'll know why I'm so excited...
I decided with the changeover to TCG19, I would use this opportunity to also change from baby clubs to the Master level ones. I've been practicing on the official courses, mainly TPC Boston because thats what the RL guys are playing. Today I decided to join the CC-Am and play this weeks exhibition and see how I could do.
R1 I shot a 64!!!! After R1 I see my name tied for the lead at -8 !!!!!!
It may not last, but I had to come here and tell you guys, because right now I'm am on a virtual golfer high, I know its only exhibition, but its the best score I've had since joining this site, and the first time my name has ever been in 1st place!

I think this thread is intended for the official tournaments. The thread for the TGC2019 exhibitions is this one: tgctours.proboards.com/thread/15728/tgc-2019-fun-events-levels

Yeah, this week should be official events only. Once we are done with TGC2, then I’d think you’d be good to use this one.

Well R2 after 5 I'm +6 I think, done with TGC2. On to 2019 with master clubs for the prelims. Besides the fact that I &#@% I got 2019 urges lol. Thanks to all admins and players for making TGC2 a great game to play!!! See you all up the road a piece!

Hi all,
Quick question if you don't mind.
I completed qschool and know where I should be, but haven't received any email and don't have a tour card yet.
Now probably the admins are busy and haven't done things yet, but my question is: should I go ahead and start playing this weeks tournament before this is finalized or would that cause a problem?
Thanks for the help, guys.

You can even play in the tournaments that you didn't qualify for if you wanted to and it wouldn't affect anything The Admin here do an AMAZING job, but there's a fair bit going on behind the scenes ATM getting ready for the switch to TGC2019. Have fun!

I never knew you could do that. I had been using the other tournaments selections as my tempo practice, because the course selectors here are just so good, I wanted to at least try the other ones. Never realized instead of setting it up myself I could just join those tourneys and play them easier that way. Will that continue to be ok in season 5, you guys think?
Sorry for my outburst at the top, I was way too excited LOL. As for Lockwood Downs, I think I'll sit it out, simply because it will be hard to do two different tempo styles, I would think. Good luck on it, all who are playing it, and I'm sure I'll see you later on the other tees!

Thanks for the responses, guys.
My question was actually more technical.
I know that scores are pulled in automatically from the API so you can play in any tourney and your scores will only be pulled in to the website leaderboard for the tour you are assigned to.
What I am wondering is, if I still have no official tour card and play a round, will I have to replay that round after being officially assigned.
I'm overthinking this, I know, but imagine having the round of your life and it wasn't counted! Not that it's likely, I was a master on the Tiger Woods games, but only a master of bogeys on this game.

I believe it should be fine. We've had other instances in different circumstances and players who played before being added to the field have had their scores pulled automatically once they were added.
I think the API sends info for all players, rather than just the "delta", and TGCT figures out how to handle it all.

If you check your E-mail now, you should have your card, Doyley just posted in the shout box that they're done
