My streak of making the cut every other week is currently at 10 weeks. In fact, it holds as long as I'm in the Euro Tour. Yay!
Actually, I would love to end it (preferably by making rather than missing two cuts in a row), but, since I didn't get a feeling for this course, I'm afraid that it won't be this week.
I'm at -4 after two very dissimilar rounds.
In the first one, my final score was set after 8 holes already. My bogey on the 3rd was due to a long putt that rolled off the green. In contrast, I birdied holes 4, 5, and 8 after some nice approaches (those are necessary since the greens are anything but flat). Then I parred the remaining 10 holes with a nice mixture of either good putts after bad drives/approaches or vice versa.
In the second round, I performed better overall, but I ruined a good score on holes 8 and 9. On the long par 5, I got right into the deep rough off the tee, and after another bad shot, I left myself a long distance putt for par which I couldn't convert. Then, on the short par 4, my first two drives went into the water. The remaining 16 holes were satisfying at -6.
Good luck to those yet to play and see you next week!

Haven't played yet but looking at the scores it's a hard course. Or the conditions were hard. Or both π. Hopefully i can shoot at least -5 or -6 in round 1, if the game allows me...

Tough track, but like the challenge. Conditions plus tough greens certainly make for some higher scoring conditions than usual. Felt extremely lucky to get through round 1 at -8. After a missed cut last week, hopefully just a few under in Round 2 should keep me around for the weekend.

Challenging track, but I don't mind that. Greens are the biggest danger zone, you need to be a putting savant, example one in the video, 19-foot par saver, past the hole to the right and let it suck back. rhino4life trust you enjoyed it

Well, after 11 weeks on the PGA Tour, I'm back to Euro. Hopefully I'm a bit more competitive on this tour! I haven't played my opening rounds yet, but I'll report back with the results disaster.

Well i shot a 64 -8 and that was mainly becouse of my putting. If only my drives were better at the first 7 holes it could have been better but i should be happy. Now going to play round 2 right after it.

As expected all luck was gone in round to and i'm back to hating this game like almost every week. I mean this game put me into spots where you couldn't even come if you tried it. Is the new game already there? Cause i'm done. Like many players are

Played R1 pretty decently and uneventful for a 67 Round 2 however was one hell of a rollercoaster, and one of my "best" 66 scores ever Rolling off almost every green on the first 10 it was one hell of a chipping practice, half of them being as high as long. Even par after 10 and starting to get abit grumpy i somehow started to putt well and managed to claw myself back going -6 on the last 8 holes.
It will probably not be enough to make the cut, but atleast much closer than i expected just 15 mins ago, and might be for the best as i need the time in the designer instead atm.
That said, i really enjoyed the course even tho i fell for most of the traps during these two rounds.

Just total rubbish in Round 2. Made a slippery 6 footer for bogey on the 3rd, and hit the ball all over the place. Thanks to my good showing in Round 1, I should have a good chance at the cut, but -11 still has me on the nervous side.
I was frustrated enough to just finish out my week, and impressively enough managed 61 on the final round with bogeys at 16 and 17. The conditions are pretty benign over the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounds as I think a 12 mph wind was the most that I saw.
Good luck all, and hopefully -11 makes the cut as I am pleased with my -28 total.

After shooting a miserable even par in round one with Player Clubs, I decided I had nothing to lose by switching over to my very erratic Tour Clubs. Sitting at -10 now and watching the cut line. Lol. You just never know. Really like the course. Well done to the designer.

Playing on an exemption this week after a P3 on the Web.com last week. Managed a 66-63 to probably make the cut at -15. Pretty happy with that to be honest, thought the course played pretty tough. Some cheekily placed fairway bunkers, and tough greens, hopefully roll in some putts in rounds 3 and 4.
