Here are the Event 4 matches. This course is the first Lidar course I've used in the society. Hopefully there are no loading issues. I also had a smile at the match between Mike owenayy and Jeff JeffJeter ... brought back memories of the TGC1 seniors tour! So I got promoted to the Web.com tour (something I was trying to avoid), and it really drove home for me what a different game this is on an XBox compared to the other platforms. After my second round I was -11, which was good enough for top 5 in the XBox standings, but in the larger cross platform tournament my -11 was good for 45th.
Of course my third round brought me back remembering WHY I don't use master clubs all the time, as I was all over the place with tempo on my way to a +5 76. I'm not going to bother with the fourth round, and for the next two weeks I'll do the same thing, pick up my two demotion strikes and get back to CC-A where I belong. I play this game to have fun - between the inconsistency of master clubs and not having any idea how hard the wind is blowing, the Pro level tours are not for me. If I want the experience of not having any idea where the ball is going I'll grab my clubs and hit the course for real, LOL.

If I want the experience of not having any idea where the ball is going I'll grab my clubs and hit the course for real, LOL. I'm sorry to hear this, Sac. I was looking forward to having another senior XBoxer in the Web.com. There aren't too many left. I get what you're saying about enjoying playing. I had (and still have) some of the same thoughts. I guess I've learned to readjust my expectations. I view making the cut as an accomplishment and if I can put up four decent rounds I'm happy. I found in CC-A you had to hit every shot perfect, make every putt, get some breaks and then maybe you'd be lucky to make the top 10. You don't have to be nearly that perfect in Web.com to get a decent placing. I suppose it's just a different kind of challenge. BTW I also struggled in the 3rd round last week. The scheduler went over the top with very high winds, very fast greens, and very firm terrain. It seems like he was trying to scare off the new arrivals after the promotion event. Conditions are not normally that severe. You're an excellent player, and I'm sure you'd do fine if you stay. I hope you'll reconsider, but I certainly understand if choose to go back to the CC-A.

The thing is, I don't care about making the top 10. It's great if I do, but I figured out a while ago there's lots of players better than me, most of the time I'm not going to beat them and as long as I play steady I'll be fine. I just play to play and forget the real world for a little while. In CC-A I don't have to be concerned with a cut line, I don't ever have to think I'm going to get a demotion strike, and I don't have to be sooooo careful with every shot because master clubs. The only time I really try to win is when I'm playing in this society - other than that it's just a video game and it should be fun.

I’ve been in euro for 8 or 9 events, if that, and I can’t get above -14 it feels like at the cut. Every week I miss by 1 to 2 strokes. But, hey, when you miss a cut you don’t get demotion strikes, so I’ve got that going for me! 🤣

when any places come available could it be possible to give one to GooierKoala4218 she plays in the society cheers Alan - Does Therasa have a forum tag? I don't add new players any more without one otherwise they can't be notified of league activity. At the moment there may be 1 or 2 vacancies for next season.

I would like to join the league if there is room, I'm 54 yrs young. I'm a relatively new player and a bit obsessed with the game right now. I am playing on the CC-Z tour at the moment, just finishing my first tourney. My gamertag is the same as my forum tag and if you want to add me as a friend I would be happy to play a casual round sometime also. Thanks! If there isn't room you'll still me on the leaderboard somewhere, look towards the bottom for right now
