Played my two rounds a Broken Hills. Hump de bump ! Very nice natural course but the fairway bumps add some random to the shot result. -3/-3, score mainly built on the par 5's and some thrilling par saves. Dominique Got you by one but only thanks to two chip ins. #HumpDeBump

Team 3 vs Team Brad Samuelson -4 James, I went ahead and ghosted you on Scarpacci and we had a great game despite my bogey on 5. You had a couple of very nice putts btw... Wrong thread mate.

Stargazer is a great little course SAM you caught me out multiple times in the first round but I got some revenge in round 2.

Dang it. I got busy with work and kinda forgot about this one. I'll join the society and play the tournaments from here on. I'll also go back and play the ones I missed.

I played at Jumping Branch and, may be it's because I am nowadays used to medium greens, but nothing wanted to go in and the approach bounces were all in the wrong direction. Hard course when you are not perfectly fitted.

I wanted to like this week's course, Jumping Branch because it looks really nice, but I can't for two reasons - OB WAY too close to the area of play. You can hit a perfect/perfect down the middle and get one bad hop into OB (guess why I know that?). That is not fair at all. Add to that, the designer put red stakes. White stakes are the correct choice for OB, and something a player will look at and avoid at all costs. Putting red stakes and using OB super near the FWs and greens is not only a poor choice, it's just mean.
The second thing is lag. It's all over this course. And bad too. I can't figure out why, because the planting doesn't look that intense to cause all the stuttering. Maybe ROUS are the culprit (rocks of unusual size). Whatever it is, the course is dangerously close to unplayable. I can't believe the designer wouldn't have playtested the course, but if it were me, I would never have published a course that played like that. Maybe it's an xbox thing. Maybe not.
I hope that all doesn't sound too negative, but these two issues really ruin an otherwise beautiful looking course. The routing and choices available off the tee are really nice.

I had some pleasant rounds at Crystal Ridge. Can't recall my exact scores but that was in my current "not that good" average. Some strong wind in the first round...

I played my two rounds at Fort Lonesome. You did not choose the easiest pin sets for sure. -2 each round is a score that do not dissatisfy me...
I'm glad I made Fort Lonesome Bay'18 as the refining of the old 9 holes is quite satisfying when I play the old version.

I just played Breakneck Dunes and broke nothing else than the par and that's good enough for me Nice 'n easy course. The greens are fast but play fair. Dominique
