Is it possible to just voluntarily get dumped down to CC-Z? I'm clearly massively underqualified for CC-D. Two double strike weeks in a row, and I'd have gotten double-striked in CC-E too - just trying to play where I belong.

I appreciate the encouragement, but...
I mean, I'm not looking to move up, I'm looking to move down. I've been playing for years, I am what I am. I've been in CC-A, demoted, CC-B, demoted, CC-C...would just like to skip to CC-Z where I belong. It's demoralizing being in the bottom 10 every tournament. I don't understand how I ever got sorted into CC-A in the first place.

After Q-School, I was placed in CC-D and got dumped down quite quickly, ending up in CC-Z - I am now back in CC-D on an preemption and this has happened because all of a sudden my swing came together and started working. When I began I was using Player bats and not doing too badly but not doing well either - went up to Tour bats, plummeted down the ranks as described above but practise, practise, practise got me a win on (my) week 2 in CC-Z and I have not looked back for all of 3 weeks now. Things will settle down - you will get better as you play more. Trust me on this.

Now I only use them on TGC Tour events. Everywhere else, I use tour clubs. And I am just about ready to go ahead and start using them exclusively even on TGCT taking the demotions. I have seen how you get better. I'm still not good enough (with tour clubs) for my current tier, CC-B, but I can see a time in the not so distant future I will be if I use them exclusively.
