Anyone with previous CC-B experience have a rough estimate for what Sponsor's Exempt line might be? (Top 10%) Asking for a friend the winner will be mid -40s. So at a guess -36 maybe Ouch. I think you over shot it a bit. I GUARANTEE the exempt line is no lower than (-25). Guessing around (-22) or (-23) but I'll say (-25) is the max to be safe. The top 5 or 10 players will be (-35) or better but exempt line won't be that high. Just a friendly wager. I'm curious to see as well.

I'm 12th at -13 and hate it. Now I need to stress out and do good. I'd rather be in the middle and relax. LOL

I see the leader at -30 after 3 rounds on PS4. I swear there is a secret to this game that people just find randomly and the rest struggle until they find it too. Its just mistake accumulation and putts. was shooting low 60s in practice rounds and first round shot a 68.. put one in the water off the tee trying to bite off more than i could chew and missed about a half dozen putts on the edge. easily coulda been low 60s. finished 65-63-65. all rounds could have been a few better. those PS4 scores also have guys on other tours using it as practice.

I'm on the CC-A tour now but I think your "secret" may be in what clubs they are choosing. I am seeing some of the top leaders (at least in CC-A and only from a few players) play the game a little different...they are still taking 8 irons and hitting them 110 yards due to changing the loft. I know that is supposed better in TGC2, but man, I really wish there was a way to combat this. I'm sure they are not doing it every shot by any means, but it just bothers me this is possible. No pro golfer does this. Ever. But what can ya do. Either practice playing like they do or just play it like most of us and move on I guess. Happy shootin'! Its better and more fair in TGC2. Anyone can practice and chart the lofts. Thats the advantage of practice. As far as real life I dont know about lofting up or down but i'm a 7 cap and i hit the odd 8 iron from 110 and hit a low spinner.

For my own curiosity I pulled some numbers for the first 2 rounds. Nothing too unexpected but only 7 eagles in R1 was mildly surprising.
Round Players AVG score Hole-n-one Eagles Birdies Pars Bogies Worse 1 141 66.681 1 7 867 1315 294 55 2 127 67.787 0 7 641 1313 283 42

One par 5 I am so disappointed in. I've had 2 pars and 2 bogies with 1 round to play and it's not THAT hard.
I'm so disappointed in round 3. Not bad winds at all but 6 strokes worse then round 2. Takes the pressure off of moving up.

Works great when I'm below par - not so much when I'm above LOL (1 practice round)

Next week, CC Pro will be visiting The Dusty Lion Club (East) - the deserving winner of the CC Summer Showdown design contest.
