Yeah I get that part Les. I do alright, I'm pretty straight with Tours, but even if I had a magic controller, I'd still not be likely to be able to score that well due to the other variables to contend with. Sticking it close every time or putting from distance would cost me the shots to go that low. I agree with you mate I’m not to shabby with the Tour Clubs it’s dialling in the distance I struggle with as well. Putting is another game altogether for me, if I could putt I would be back on the Euro tour again. In my case with putting it’s all about getting the pace right I miss so many putts usually long and the ball finishes directly behind the hole if it was hit at the right pace it would probably have gone in. So frustrating. Do you ever drag the putting marker back? I’ve only started doing it recently and it’s made a huge diff to my putting. I’m a quite aggressive putter in real life and my estimation of swing length transferred to the game was a bit firey and I missed quite a few putts because of it. I might be teaching my granny to suck eggs here, but if you drag the putting marker back then it essentially shortens your full swing potential somewhat (I’ve only just realised this). By shortening this, my putts are taking much more of what I intend my line to be, and they’re arriving hole side at a more acceptable speed to the cup too, so I’m lipping out less. If I’m not explaining it very well, drop me a FR and I can go over it with you via party chat sometime.

Well I got my CC-A card even though I finished 2 strokes below the clear strikes line (not sure why but I'll take it!). Sitting at -19 through 3 rounds in this weeks tourney.

Yeah I use the putting marker the same way you do, perhaps I need to adjust where I put it to for the new putting stroke. I’ve just played the Web.com comp this afternoon for fun and shot a 59 in the last round just couldn’t miss.

And I will probably get two more demotion strikes this week in CC-A I just have no confidence at the minute, I played the first three rounds of the Web comp with the standard clubs to get my confidence back.

Last week I lost the swing after I had the touch in rounds 1 and 2.
This week I have the swing but have no touch.
Probably gonna fall to CC-B after this week unless I can make some magic happen the rest of the tournament.

However, not for long as I'll soon be heading to CC-C in a couple more weeks. Eventually I'll find my level. lol

Ironically, even tho I'm falling though the ranks... I'm still having tons of fun playing because there are improvements there. Once I get this swing down once and for all, I can focus on learning distance management but right now it's one thing at a time.

Not sure where that came from but it's something to hang onto.

Hi all, shot 64 in the 3rd round!!!! Don't known where that came from either, confidence is back, everything just clicked. Will be demoted again but things are looking up. Back to enjoying it again and not taking it to seriously.

Doyley The Exemption line is at 6th place roughly 4.4% of the field at this time. I looked around the forum and didn't notice an announcement concerning this. CC-B and CC-C are at 10%. Is this an error?

Then they changed it but didn't change the programming because it used to be 5%

Is this an error? Fixed thx - site bug that keeps overriding settings. Easy to fix when I catch it before tourney ends - appreciate the heads up. Will get Tim to squish it for good soon.

Hi all. After 3 weeks of absolute hell up in web I believe I will be demoted down to cc-pro for week 4. Hope to have a better run with you guys. Just had a practice for week 4 and it seems to be flowing a bit better this week and hopefully make a cut or two in the coming weeks.
My mistake, there are no cuts in CC! Bonus, get to play 4 rounds instead of 2!
