Hey guys I currently play TGC2 on PS4, I do enjoy designing but I would like to know if it's worth buying the Game on PC to design as I'm a current serving member of the RAN (navy) I have lots of Sea time coming up, and if designing on PC is easy or enjoyable a may do it?
Please let me know

Well I am kind of weird and I've never seen anyone else do this but...
I design on PC with a keyboard/mouse because it gives me a lot more control over what I'm doing. But I would say yes to buying it simply because it's much more stable than the consoles.

If you believe the game is good enough to spend the additional cash on it then yes. I wouldn't go back designing on console unless forced
