Yay my -15 I think is going to be the first scores that miss the cut. Which sux cause I missed a birdie putt on 17 that i shanked due to a mouse fart and then on 18 hit a 78% shot on my 2nd shot on 18, put it within 5 feet and missed par on the 18. Two holes I'd love to have back. When does round 2 end and we know for sure?

The worst part is I then played well and shot my best 2 rounds the final two but could all be for nothing. If you have to shoot -8 or better each round just to make the cut every week I might be looking for a demotion Lots of pga guys this week tho which might be slanting it a bit. Yep. I went 64, 64, 59 (my first ever sub 60 score) so if I miss the cut at -16 it'd be a shame. You have the ability to give us 15/16 under crew exemptions DO IT Don't let them (and us) out!

The way I figure it right now 13 more guys have to have a round of at least -8 in their second round and -15 is out. Considering they already have shot at least -8 already and most are -10 or better I'm going to play Captain Ahab and go down with the ship. Just like with any game, by and large the more you play the better you get. And the more time you have or commit to put into playing the more you can play.. Because of these factors, for the most part, I think the better scores tend to come in earlier and as more rounds are completed the average score goes down, not up. Basically I'm trying to say that I don't see the cut line going up and if anything it will stay the same or go down. It's impossible to go down as top 70 have all played 2 rounds so it can't come down. Average score can yes but not the cut line

the -17 was in the first round so i don't see any problem with it being mentioned. there is a -17 in 1st round but there was also another one in a future round which I believe was first to be announced! Going to run some more practice runs tonight as best I have had is -14!
Tournament is in progress, course is closed sorry
Practice rounds sheesh

Horrible 2nd round for me. Missed putts, 94% shots, flop shots rolling back at my feet - still, managed 6 under to be -17 overall. Payback for all the luck i had in Rd 1 Sweating a little bit but hope to make the cut Wind never went below 10mph for almost all of both my rounds

Very disappointed in my 2nd round 69, even if it was in a hurricane. Hopefully -16 is enough to make the cut, but I'm not holding my breath.

As it stands it basically looks like you would have had to birdie every other hole to make this cut
That's just a bit much

Oh who wants to see the cutline moved to 100 for the first tourney .. HEEEE Seriously good luck all. My poor poor performance at -15 doesn't stand a chance of making it. I have no one else but me to blame as I was averaging -10 for my last 8 practice rounds and just failed miserably. I think it is time to take a flight to Hawaii for week two!

I'm going to stop in Tokyo for some sushi and a beer, tho. It looks like -16 is going to be safe, there aren't 18 players that really have a shot in overtaking -16 so grats you all. EDIT ** ERM why are they posting 3rd round scores. I thought those that didn't make the cut wouldn't have those scores shown?**

yep it looks like missed by one shot again I think it would have been a bit more fair if the TOC ran by itself this week then the two tours started next week. I'm sure there won't be an instance when the pga has an event and the euro tour doesn't that week so everyone goes to one side crowding the field (other than majors which SHOULD be more difficult). missed the cut by 1" - seems about right

With about 3/4 of the field reporting 2 round scores, cautiously optimistic about -16 being just enough. 13 out of the last 40 (32.5%) to post need to finish at -17 or better to bust the bubble for the -16's.
Out of 135 who have posted 2 round totals, 56 (41.5%) are at -17 or better.
